DISTRIBUTION SALES OFFICER

(NCR / SOUTH LUZON AREA / VISAYAS & MINDANAO AREA)

Responsibilities:

1. Distributor Client Account Management

a. Provides a single point of contact/accountability for client accounts

b. Responsible for providing regular product-related updates to client

c. Manages the timely and proper delivery of products to distributor coordination with client and office sales support in

accordance with company prescribed processes and procedures.

d. Administers the observance of agreed-upon terms and conditions through each purchase order and in coordination with

sales coordinator

e. Manages fulfillment of agreed upon payment schedule by client

2. Distributor Account Business Performance Management

a. Ensures that distributor clients maintain an optimal level of product units ordered per month

b. Monitors product order history and performance of distributor client

i. Take note of client’s inventory of August Alliance products

ii. Observes client’s over-all sales performance for August Alliance as well as other carried brands

iii. Provides sales and inventory reports to August Alliance

c. Coordinates with internal organization of retail distributor account, to promote/support product sales performance

i. Monitors frequency and efficiency of technical requests submitted by depot/retail staff to August Alliance head office

d. Monitors and maintains marketing materials deployed in each branch or retail distributor location

e. Oversees timely preparation of sales report from retail distributor account, and corresponding

reconciliation / acknowledgement from the head office.

3. Corporate Sales Fulfillment

a. Achieve assigned sales targets given designated scope of work/areas.

b. Provides regular market and competitive information to the group, management and other related departments.

Requirements:

• Male not more than 35 years of age

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Civil),

Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent

• With at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably with at least 1 year experienced in distribution of finishing materials.

• Willing to do fieldwork nationwide

• Applicants with own car is an advantage.

PROJECT SALES OFFICER

(National Capital)

Responsibilities:

1. Client Lead Generation

a. Creates and maintains a shortlist of jobsite areas/construction professional contacts targeted for client leads.

b. Initiates contact at jobsite areas and secures schedule for product presentation.

c. Ensures proper usage and keeping of individually allocated product samples as well as borrowed samples for client

viewing/decision making. Each agent is responsible for property presenting and retrieving product samples to and from clients

as appropriate.

d. Proactively pursues client leads to produce valuable sales results:

i. Close the deal

ii. Schedule a follow-up meeting

iii. Secure referrals

e. Drives proposal development in accordance with the company’s prescribed processes and policies

2. Client Account Management

a. Provides a single point of contact/accountability for client accounts

b. Coordinates internally to fulfill product order (from product development to installation), and actively attends to after-sales

service delivery.

c. Proactively facilities and monitors product order status of client accounts, and providing status updates to the client.

3. Corporate Sales Fulfillment

a. Achieve assigned sales targets given designated scope of work/areas.

b. Provides regular market and competitive information to the group, management and other related departments.

Requirements:

• Male or Female not more than 30 years of age

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering

(Civil), Engineering (Others), Architecture or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English & Filipino

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

• Willing to do field work

• With car is an advantage but not required.
